 The reason Rosa Parks is a powerful person is because, her actions inspired the Montgomery bus boycott, she helped lift segregation, and she is a inspirational women. Rosa Parks was the inspiration behind the massive Montgomery bus boycott in 1955. Martin Luther King Jr organized the boycott after Rosa got arrested for not giving up her seat to a white man. Rosa Parks actions created an important mark in history that will always be remembered. Rosa had a big impact on lifting segregation. She received an NAACP award for helping do so and she spoke at many big events explaining her remarkable story. Rosa Parks stood up for what she thought was right and it payed off because she was one of the most important people in lifting that terrible law. Rosa Parks is very inspirational because she never gave up, even when she got arrested, she kept trying and trying. She ignited the modern civil rights movement. Rosa was always confident and stood up for what was right. Rosa Parks is a very inspiration women that did many great things and she should be remembered in a great way, as these are the reasons that Rosa Parks is a powerful person.

 Rosa parks was an amazing powerful person because she was an independent woman, she was a civil rights activist, and a great role model. Rosa Parks was very independent; she did not rely on others to provide for her, she did not follow conventional thinking, and she received her education on her own time.  Rosa went to a private school in Alabama to revive her primary education. During high school she had to drop out and take care of her mother, but later she returned to receive her diploma on her own. Parks always worked to made her own money and did what was right. Rosa Parks was a Civil Rights activist and she helped lift the segregation law. She would not give up her seat to a white man on a bus in 1955, and she got arrested for it. Her arrest inspired the Montgomery Bus Boycott that led to the lifting of the segregation law. After Mrs. Parks was  arrested she was known as a hero because of what she did; standing up for what was right. Rosa Parks is a role model to many people of all races. She inspires people with her many accomplishments and her perseverance. Rosa was an African American woman who always did the right things and stood up for what she believed in. She was and will always be the Civil Rights mother because of her influential  impact on the world. Rosa Parks was a powerful person who was independent, a Civil Rights activist, and a great role model to all.
